Howdy RVer!
Welcome back to your consolidated view of RV information for the week.
The Lippert Getaway is underway! We’re having a great time in Island Park, ID and it’s been great to meet new friends and see some that we haven’t seen for a while. It’s also great to attend a rally that we’re not hosting so that we can spend more time with fellow attendees. As most of you know, we LOVE RV Rallies!
On another topic, if you think that fuel prices have been creeping up, you’re totally right. Each week you’ll see the week-over-week change in diesel prices in the newsletter. And for the last several weeks, prices have been jumping significantly. The West Coast has by far experienced the most significant jumps. The moral of the story: This trend is likely to continue, so fuel up when you can as each week it has been getting more expensive.
Until next week!

BRECKENRIDGE, CO
Why We Love It
Yet another resort that is on our “bucket list” to visit, but haven’t gone through Colorado yet. We love skiing and exploring Breckenridge, so we are quite positive that we will love this property when we have the opportunity to stay there. We have heard from a couple of people that the property is incredible!
From the property’s website: “Full-service RV sites or mountain chalets (cabins) await you at Tiger Run Resort, where our extraordinary location and excellent accommodations are certain to satisfy every traveler. Our resort is situated between the pristine Swan and Blue Rivers, sheltered by the majestic Ten Mile Mountain Range; we are your premier gateway to the finest in Rocky Mountain recreation.”

Developer seeks to bring a Camp Margaritaville to Volusia County
Randy Knapp, the developer who successfully delivered a Camp Margaritaville RV Resort to Polk County’s Auburndale in 2022, told GrowthSpotter that he’s working to open a second Jimmy Buffett-themed luxury resort campground in Central Florida along the banks of the St. Johns River in Astor, near the Lake County line.
These plans have been in the works since before the singer died on Sept. 1 of a rare form of skin cancer at his home in Sag Harbor, New York.
An entity affiliated with Knapp purchased the proposed site in 2020 for $3.5 million. Located north of State Road 40 and just south of Lake George, the land covers 88 acres and was formerly home to a once-thriving mobile home park and marina known as Jungle Den that had become rundown beyond repair.
