Howdy RVer!
Welcome back to your consolidated view of RV information for the week. At the risk of being slightly repetitive, I wanted to remind you that my objective with this weekly newsletter is to get you all you need to know for key RV information for the week. I completely understand that time is precious and it can be too much of a commitment sometimes to get to the key information you’re looking for.
With that said — I’m not perfect! I’d love to hear from you as to what you deem valuable and what is not valuable to you. My #1 goal is to deliver exactly what you’re looking for and feedback is the only way for me to get there.
I hope you’ve had a great week and that you’ve got a fun weekend of camping ahead of you!

WHY WE LOVE IT: Christina (my wife) and I have stayed here several times. I believe we’ve stayed around a total of 6 weeks throughout 2022. We absolutely love it. The resort is beautiful and the Ellijay area is so beautiful. If you were to pick a perfect time to visit this property; I’d recommend going in the fall. When the leaves are turning color, they are stunning. And best of all — you get 360-degree views of the mountains from their Eagle Crest level.
Fire officials say a reported “cloud of unknown gas” sickened 17 people at a Colorado campground, and investigators are working to solve the mystery.
It happened Tuesday night at the Vallecito Creek campground, about 30 miles northeast of Durango in the San Juan National Forest.
