Howdy RVer!
Welcome back to your consolidated view of RV information for the week.
Only 17 more days until Christmas!
Have you booked any “winter” camping travel? I’ve always dreamed of camping in a ton of snow close to a ski resort 🙂 It would be tough, but fun at the same time! Nothing like us getting stuck in that Texas storm back in 2021.
Maybe one of these days we’ll get around to camping in snow!
Until next week!

CAMP VERDE, AZ
Why We Love It
This property is quite a hidden gem! Verde Ranch was recognized in 2022 as the Best of the Best at the National ARVC Annual Awards Excellence. This means they won the Large Park of the Year award!
This location is close to so many things to see/do in Arizona! You’re right down the road from Sedona and Flagstaff. It’s also easy to get to the Phoenix area if you need anything from more of a metro area.
They are owned by CRR Hospitality, and we will be hosting the next seRV Rally at their new property in Savannah, GA!

Most Parks are Busy in 2023, Investments Continue
While park owners in the outdoor hospitality industry enjoyed record years in 2021 and 2022, the general thought among many was that numbers would settle eventually and that appears to be the case in 2023.
Make no mistake, many of the park operators and owners that Woodall’s Campground Magazine (WCM) spoke with note that business is still very good — in fact, some parks are still breaking records — but they also noted that economic factors, and even the weather, played a role to some degree.
