The debut episode of season three of the widely acclaimed recreational vehicle (RV) travel series “RV There Yet?” features Sevierville’s own The Ridge Outdoor Resort and surrounding attractions in the area.

The New Mexico State Parks Division has announced changes in its fee structure and park rules. State parks rely heavily on self-generated revenue through entrance and camping fees, concessions, and other related streams of revenue. According to State Parks, fees have not been updated in decades and have not kept pace with inflation.

On January 6 a Federal judge in California issued a stinging rebuke to Thor Motor Coach while denying Thor‘s motion to have an RV breach of warranty lawsuit transferred to Indiana.

There were 380,658 retail registrations of RVs in 2023, which is a decrease of 15.5%, or 69,663 units, compared to the 450,321 total in 2022, according to Statistical Surveys Inc., the Grand Rapids, Mich.-based subsidiary of Trader Interactive that compiles retail sales and consumer demographic data for the RV and other industries.

To ensure durability, Andersen Hitches’ new fifth wheel hitch withstood 900,000 dynamic testing cycles, pushing the hitch from front to back, side to side and up and down. The product additionally underwent forward, vertical and downward pressure static testing, all to uphold the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) standard J2638.

I had to check the screen twice when I was researching this campground because I had read that it was founded in 1759! There is a cool story that you can read here, but indeed, it was founded in 1759. Super cool!

After checking the weather radar before dawn Tuesday from his camper at the Florida Caverns RV Resort, he made the fateful decision to take shelter with his three sons inside the campground’s concrete block clubhouse.

I try not to feature too many Class A resorts as I get really jealous that we can’t go to any. 🙂 All kidding aside, bust out your wallets for this one!
